Activate Fire Safety has provided commercial and industrial fire protection in Calgary since 2004 and now also covers Edmonton and St. Albert. Its fire alarm work is annual inspection and semi-annual testing to CAN/ULC-S536:2019, carried out by what it describes as a single CFAA-certified team, alongside extinguishers, sprinklers, suppression systems, emergency lighting, hydrants, hoses, pumps and fire safety plans. It follows NFPA codes and states that it uses only ULC-listed and FM Approved products.
