BAVADO operates a permanently staffed Notruf- und Serviceleitstelle in Munich taking connections from fire alarm systems, intrusion and hold-up alarms, access control, building management and hazard detection systems. The centre is certified as an Alarmempfangsstelle to DIN EN 50518 and recognised under the VdS 3138 guideline for alarm-provider operation, with DIN EN ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 management systems and a TÜV Austria certification for its lift emergency-call service.
