One of only two firms carried on the FPANZ register as a Certified Passive Fire Contractor, working from six bases between Dunedin and Auckland with around thirty-five staff. Specialises in design-and-build and early contractor involvement passive fire packages, intumescent coatings, and existing-building compliance and building warrant of fitness work, with IQP-qualified personnel signing off BWOF requirements. Its operations manager sat on the industry panel that developed New Zealand’s Level 3 passive fire trade qualification.
