A Costa Rican engineering consultancy (operating since 1996) specialising in the design of fire-protection systems — automatic sprinklers, detection and alarm, foam and clean-agent (Inergen) suppression, passive protection, emergency lighting and evacuation-route design — together with fire-protection plans and medical-gas systems. It produces designs, technical specifications and budgets and provides engineering oversight of construction rather than installation itself; its deliverables support, not replace, the professional judgement of the responsible engineer.
