About

Eurofire has designed and built fire-resisting closures at Larrabetzu in Bizkaia since 1980 — steel and glazed fire doors, glazed screens, the FIBREroll fire curtain family and smoke barriers — with reference projects including the Palacio Euskalduna in Bilbao, Tabakalera in San Sebastián and Bodegas Portia. Its doorsets are published at EI2 30 C8 and EI2 60 C8, the C8 durability class evidenced by a one-million-cycle test, tested under EN 1363-1 and EN 1634-1, with certified sizes to 2690 by 3100 mm. On the curtain side the FIBREroll EI is classified EI 60-C1 to 2,750 by 2,750 mm and EI 45-C1 to 4,875 by 4,400 mm without drenching, tested at the FIRES s.r.o. laboratory, assessed under EN 13241+A2 and EN 16034 and holding CE certificate 1396-CPR-0139, 1396 being the notified body. It fabricates EI 60, 90 and 120 glazed screens on licensed profile systems as an independent Spanish manufacturer.
