Fael Security manufactures hinged, sliding and glazed fire doors, smoke-tight doorsets and RC3 burglar-resistant doors from a 25,000 m² plant in Brindisi, specialising in closures that fall outside standard sizes. Its fire doors are CE marked under AVCP System 1, the attestation route in which initial type testing is carried out at licensed laboratories and factory production control is then certified — the route that requires notified body involvement. Testing is to EN 1634-1 for doorsets and EN 1364-1 for fixed elements, with glazed assemblies classified EI 30, EI 60, EI 90 and EI 120, and other closures tested to UNI 9723. No notified body number, certificate number or laboratory name is published.
