Fimotion (Shanxi) Material Technology manufactures the FITHERM range of graphite, silicate and phosphate intumescent products used for penetration seals, linear joints, fire collars and fire-door and glazing seals, from a plant at Jinzhong. The range is covered by European Technical Assessment ETA 25/0071, issued in January 2025 by the Czech Technical Assessment Body TZUS against EAD 350005-00-1104 for intumescent products for fire sealing and fire stopping, which is the basis for its CE marking. The assessment was transferred to the Chinese manufacturing entity from a predecessor held in Singapore. Additional lines cover intumescent fireproof boards and fire-rated glazing tapes and setting blocks.
