Its European Draco and Lyra ranges are built at the Zhuolu plant in Hebei and CE-marked under CPR 305/2011, with Certificates of Constancy of Performance 0370-CPR-3813 covering EN 54-2 and EN 54-4 and 0370-CPR-5933 covering EN 54-3, both issued by notified body 0370, LGAI Technological Center S.A. (Applus+). Founded in 2001, the group also holds Chinese CCCF approval for its domestic range and routes European sales through a Barcelona subsidiary.
