Jofo Pneumatik GmbH manufactures the actuation and triggering side of smoke and heat exhaust systems: CO₂ alarm boxes, thermal releases using shape-memory technology, pneumatic cylinders and traverses, 24 V and 230 V motor openers, wind and rain sensors and RWA control panels. Its SHEV traverses are developed to EN 12101-2 and the firm is a supporting member of the FVLR, the Fachverband Tageslicht und Rauchschutz. Founded in 1960 and family-owned, it employs around 280 people across three European sites.
