A Canadian fire-protection engineering consultancy headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, providing fire and explosion protection and prevention services since 1983. Work spans fire and building code compliance reviews, sprinkler and suppression system design, fire alarm/detection design, explosion safety and fire origin/cause investigation, with deep specialisation in nuclear, oil & gas, petrochemical and institutional facilities. In 2025 PLC joined Jensen Hughes and now trades as “PLC, A Jensen Hughes Company”.
