An independent forensic fire investigation company founded in 2012 and an approved Home Office subcontractor for fire scene investigation, examining fires and explosions involving gas and volatile liquids for the legal and insurance sectors. Its directors are named court experts: Emma Wilson was the lead forensic fire investigator on the Lakanal House fire and on R v Mills, and Iain Peck led the Cutty Sark fire and Tottenham Riots investigations and reviewed R v Philpott. Both have given evidence as expert witnesses in the Crown, Magistrates’ and Coroners’ courts on many occasions. The practice runs a 24-hour call-out and laboratory examination service.
