Proseco — legally Promouvoir la Sécurité NV, and now trading within the Protexio group alongside Pyro-Protection and Mypyroshop — holds BOSEC certificate B-9308-PP-RF and is the only Belgian holder of that certificate left once the pan-European and foreign entries are set aside. It has worked from Limal near Wavre since 1979 and is unusual in designing, manufacturing and installing its own products rather than applying someone else’s: its Pyrofence penetration-seal system carries fire test 5559 from Ghent University to two hours and test B 83/235 from TNO in the Netherlands, with ISIB approval under dossier GGL 8403 to one hour; its fire dampers are tested to EN 1366-2 at EI 120 with CE marking, and its MT2 sleeves to EN 1366 at EI 60 and EI 120. It also sells a building audit service, which is the closest thing Belgium has to third-party firestopping survey. Its published test evidence rests substantially on the superseded Belgian standard NBN 713-020 rather than EN 13501-2.
