Renz + Partner mbB is an architects’, engineers’ and experts’ partnership at Troisdorf near Cologne that assesses fire, explosion, storm and escape-of-water damage to buildings and business contents. Two of its partners hold the German gold-standard appointment: Dipl.-Ing. Konrad Renz was publicly appointed and sworn by the IHK Nord Westfalen in 1995 for fire, escape-of-water and storm damage to buildings, extended in 1999 to business contents, and Dipl.-Ing. Sebastian Renz is publicly appointed and sworn by the IHK Bonn/Rhein-Sieg for the assessment of fire, explosion, storm and escape-of-water damage in and to buildings. The practice works from three offices.
