SIEX designs and manufactures fixed gaseous extinguishing systems at its own plant in the Villalonquéjar industrial estate at Burgos — the INERT-SIEX inert gas range, SIEX-HC and SIEX-NC 1230 clean agents, CO₂ systems and pressure-relief equipment. The INERT-SIEX range is designed to ISO 14520, UNE-EN 15004, NFPA 2001 and CEPREVEN’s CEA 4000, and carries FM, UL and VdS product approvals — third-party approval of the equipment itself rather than a management-system claim. The company also publishes an A2P certificate for gas extinguishing systems dated November 2021. It is one of seven wholly Spanish-owned companies in the Burgos-based Grupo Komtes and is not a subsidiary of any international fire manufacturer.
