One of South Africa’s longest-established dedicated fire-engineering consultancies (Bryanston, established 1991), developing performance-based rational fire designs that interpret the National Building Regulations (SANS 10400) for means of escape, smoke control, detection, and sprinkler and gas-suppression systems. It designs both passive and active fire-protection strategies for commercial, industrial and high-rise developments.
