Total Fire Protection was founded in Brooklyn in 1999 and provides fire protection services across New York City, Long Island, upstate New York and New Jersey. Its work covers wet, dry, pre-action and deluge sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, commercial kitchen suppression, fire pump testing, standpipe inspection, emergency exit lighting and portable extinguishers. All work is carried out by its own staff, without subcontracting, from a fleet of more than 100 service vans serving over 15,000 properties. The company holds a New York City Department of Buildings Fire Suppression Contractor licence (No. 1123).
