A forensic engineering firm founded in 2006 in suburban New Orleans and now working from sixty-two offices across forty-eight states and the District of Columbia, investigating fires alongside machinery, vehicle, building and structural failures for insurers and counsel. Its fire investigators are individually credentialled: William Barrows (IAAI-CFI, NAFI-CFEI, CIFI, FCLS) has conducted or taken part in more than 580 origin-and-cause investigations, has qualified and testified as an expert in fire origin and cause in South Carolina state courts, and proctors CFEI examinations for the National Certification Board.
